Gunvolt Chronicles Luminous Avenger iX also known as White Steel of X The Out of Gunvolt is a 2D action game. The game presents an ultimate in classic 2D action with Luminous Avenger iX. Experience high speed and stylish action like never before. The game returns to having one player character now the main series, anti-hero copen. The game is sequel to the Azure Striker Gunvolt 2 consisting of using boosters in order to fly towards enemies to tag them then unleashing a storm of shots to gain kudos though there are slight adjustments. Unlike the previous version of the game, the ranking system is also changed. With the three kudos setting now adding a score bonus at the end of the stage. A higher score will award you with a more detailed and impressive end card. You can use every tool at your disposal in order to progress between levels and crush the bosses that are waiting for you. Besides you can also acquire special weapons from the bosses in order to expand your arsenal. You can also buy subroutines mid-level from the pause menu and equip them on the fly without having to return to the base. Besides you can also scrap materials with subroutines only needing the required amount of credits to be purchased. You can also use EX Weapons to replicate the Septima of any adept you defeat. Like in the previous games, when the kudos count hits 1000, lola assumes her idol mode and replace the stage music with a vocal track.
